Refund policy

At Smartfing, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
1. Refund Eligibility
We will process a refund for any of the following cases:
- Orders Delayed: Beyond our standard shipping timeframe.
- Order Not Received: Confirmed non-delivery by the carrier.
- Products Damaged: Items that arrive broken or defective.
- Incorrect or Missing Products: Receiving the wrong item or missing parts of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at support@smartfing.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Note: Shipping costs for returning the product are covered by the customer.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Exchanges
We want you to love your purchases. If you need a different size or a different product, we offer an easy exchange process:
- Exchange Period: You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Process: Contact our customer service at support@smartfing.com to initiate the exchange. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact support@smartfing.com within 7 days of the item(s) arriving with the following:
- Your order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@smartfing.com.
6. Cancellation
Cancelling your order for a refund prior to processing is free. However, if your order has already been shipped, a cancellation fee may apply, or you will need to follow the return process. For the best success in cancellation or a change in your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee successful cancellation or address changes once the order is in the shipping phase.
